Playoff Pep Rally

The Packers will be holding a pep rally at the Frozen Tundra the evening prior to the playoff game.  Tickets (limited to 10,000) are free!

The Green Bay Packers Monday announced plans for the Packers Playoff Pep Rally, a special event to take place Friday, Jan. 11, 2008, from 6 to 9 p.m. in Lambeau Field. The Packers will host a divisional playoff game the following day, Saturday, Jan. 12, at 3:30 p.m.The free event will be centered in Lambeau Field’s north end zone seating area. A stage will host a live band, as well as a special live TV program. The pep rally also will feature Packers officials, including Chairman Bob Harlan and President and CEO-elect Mark Murphy, and Packers alumni, including Frank Winters and Jerry Kramer.

“We are excited to host this unique Packers event the night before our divisional playoff game,” Harlan said. “This season has been a great experience for the organization and all our fans, and this pep rally will provide an electric atmosphere for everyone to kick off the weekend.”

Concessions also will be open, serving food and beverage, as well as Packers Pro Shop merchandise. Other pep rally features include giveaways, including tickets to the Jan. 12 playoff game, an Ariens snow blower and autographed Packers memorabilia.

The evening will conclude with a fireworks show at 9 p.m.
