I would say your going to be waiting a long time for good results if you think this was all caused by one party,the ultimate stroke job on America the “war on terror” was a result of many in both parties and is today allowed to continue only due to many in both parties, how many do you see even making an attempt to correct it? with only a few between both parties even addressing the issue this issue along with many others gets dodged and ignored, voting more in these parties in will not correct it either it is just putting new players in an old game hence the game will continue at our expense.
Considering the fact that the Senate passed a permanent FISA fix and the Pelosi-led House refused to bring it to a vote back in Feb and then passed an amended bill they knew was only a publicity stunt I’d say yes this was caused by one party. The Senate passed bill had/has bipartisan support in the House but Pelosi and her henchmen prefer to play politic with national security.
