Back for it’s 27th year, the three-day festival known as ArtStreet returns to downtown Green Bay this weekend. Festivities kick off at 5 pm tonight. The art fair portion of the event begins tomorrow at 10 am.

5-7 p.m.: Company of Thieves, classic rock. New to the festival, the group from Chicago is into Motown, soul, ’60s and ’70s rock, Wilco, Neil Young, Fiona Apple and the Beatles.
7:30-11 p.m.: The Groove Hogs, R&B/funk
