and that means a Flash Flood Watch.
A flash flood watch is in effect for some of Northeastern Wisconsin from 1 to 10 p.m. today, with the potential of 1 to 3 inches of rain.
“It almost sounds like a snow forecast, doesn’t it? But no, this is rain,” said Dan Clark, meteorologist for the National Weather Service
in Ashwaubenon.
Counties affected include: Brown, Manitowoc, Kewaunee, Winnebago, Calumet and Outagamie.
Showers and thunderstorms will develop this morning, producing heavy rainfall by this afternoon, Clark said. (Source: Green Bay Press Gazette)
